Import Numbers

You can import a CSV file including numbers that you wish to assign to your tenants according to their configured calling plans. Once imported, the numbers are added to the OC DialPlan.

➢ To upload Operator Connect dial plans:
1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click .

2. Click Download CSV to download an example file including the correct format.
3. Browse to the location of the Dialplan CSV file that you wish to upload and then click Import.

4. The processing time for the Synchronization operation with the Live Platform server and Microsoft platform depends on the server load. Run the 'peering.sync-phonePlans-job' task to refresh the data (see Synchronizing Operator Connect Jobs).
